How do I check the shipping status of my order?

Can I return or replace my order after receiving it?

To initiate a return or replacement, kindly inform us within 72 hours of delivery with a valid reason. You will need to follow the complete process outlined in our Exchange & Refund Policy. For more information, please refer to the policy.

What are your delivery charges?

We charge Tk. 100 for delivery across Bangladesh.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time for Global items is 15-20 days, whereas for in-hand items, it's 4-5 days.

Are delivery times the same for all parts of the country?

How reliable is your delivery service?

What if my order is lost or damaged?

While we take every precaution to prevent such occurrences, if your order is lost or damaged, you will receive a full refund. The Patchee takes complete responsibility for such matters.

When will I receive my order?

Please note that orders may take up to 3 full business days to process before shipping. Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, while orders from our Global Collection may take up to 15-20 days.

Do you have limits on how much product I can order?

There is no limit on the quantity of products you can order.

How can I update my order?

Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

How can I cancel an order?

For order cancellations, please call customer service immediately at +880, or cancel your order via "My Order" if you have a profile on ThePatchee.com. Please note that we ship orders as quickly as possible, and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship global item internationally, other within Bangladesh.

What do I do if tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it?

Why is my order incomplete?
